The Luxvision R-2500 features an impressive spherical power range from -19.00D to +16.75D in 0.25D steps. Using the auxiliary lens of the unit, it can measure from -29.00D to +26.75D in 0.12D steps. The unit also features a Quick Advance Dial that allows you to rapidly change the spherical power in 3.00D steps for greater speed and convenience.
Wide Range of Cylindrical Powers
Measure cylindrical power ranges from 0 to -6.00D in 0.25D steps. Or, use the auxiliary lens and measure ranges from 0 to -8.00D in 0.12D steps.
Simplified Cross Cylinder Measurements (±0.25D)
Perform astigmatism testing with ease thanks to a special mechanism in the cross cylinder lens. The cross cylinder knob of the R-2500 is conveniently synchronized with the cylinder axis control knob. This unit also features a built-in ±0.50D auxiliary cross cylinder lens.
Rotary Prism
This high-end Luxvision refractor allows vertical and horizontal measurements from 0 to 20∆ in steps of 1∆.
Interpupillary Distance Adjustment
The convenient knobs, located on both sides, allow for smooth and quick PD adjustment. The pupillary distance adjustment ranges from 48 mm to 80 mm in steps of 1 mm.
Built-in Auxiliary Lenses
The R-2500 features built-in ±0.50D cross-cylinder auxiliary lenses, +0.12D auxiliary cylindrical lenses, and +2.00D auxiliary spherical lenses (for retinoscopy).
Optional Accessory Lenses
