WARRANTY AND RETURNS
US Ophthalmic guarantees that for 30 days after the online purchase via its website (www.usophthalmic.com) of non-clearance / non-consumable products that did not work properly when they arrived or arrived in damaged condition can be returned for a full refund.
Non-clearance / non-consumable items that still are in the original unopened and undamaged box can also be returned to US Ophthalmic after 30 days of the online purchase with the shipping fees charged.
This return policy does not apply to items purchased in person at our showroom or at trade shows, conventions, or exhibitions. All such sales are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
US Ophthalmic may test the equipment that are returned and impose a customer a fee equal to 20% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
Any returned item under this return policy, that is damaged through customer abuse, misuse, improper installation, is missing parts, is missing the original package, manuals, and accessories, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
All approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product price, at US Ophthalmic’s discretion.
US Ophthalmic reserves the right to refuse any return, at its sole discretion, once a sale is final.
