By integrating these three core devices, users benefit from seamless data transfer, reduced manual intervention, and a streamlined workflow that minimizes errors while maximizing productivity. The system is ideal for optical labs and retail environments seeking to optimize space without compromising output quality.
Additionally, its modular design allows for scalable configurations, including the ability to operate multiple edgers with a single tracer and blocker—significantly increasing throughput and operational flexibility.
In short, the Inner System is not just a set of devices—it’s a complete, intelligent solution designed to elevate your optical operation to the next level.
Optimized Lab Workflow with the iiNNER System
The illustrated setup represents a highly efficient and scalable optical laboratory workflow, designed to maximize productivity while maintaining precision at every step.
At the core of the process are the INT-200 Tracers, each capable of managing and distributing jobs to up to multiple INE-200 Edgers simultaneously. This configuration allows a single operator to optimize workload distribution, significantly increasing throughput without adding complexity.
Once the frame shape is captured by the tracer, the data is seamlessly transferred to the connected edgers (up to two edgers can be connected), where the lens cutting process is performed with high accuracy and consistency. However, when connected to the same network, multiple edgers can operate simultaneously through the shared folder function, enabling seamless coordination across hundreds of units at once.
Complementing this workflow is the INB-200 Blocker, which enables precise lens blocking prior to edging. Its integration into the system ensures proper alignment and positioning, reducing errors and improving overall finishing quality.
