Luxvision R-1500 offers extensive sphere and cylinder powers, as well as several built-in auxiliary lenses, enabling you to perform vision testing on virtually any patient. Perform all of the functions necessary in a manual refraction with confidence ease. Even astigmatic testing is simplified as a result of a special mechanism on the cross cylinder loupe. The R-1500 can be further adapted with optional accessory lenses. The unit is also available in either black or white. Interpupillary Distance Adjustment Convenient knobs, located on both sides, enable smooth and quick PD adjustment. The pupillary distance adjustment ranges from 45mm-80mm in 1mm steps. |

Wide Range Sphere Powers The Luxvision R-1500 features an impressive spherical power range from -19.00D to +16.75D in 0.25D steps. By using the unit’s auxiliary lens, you can measure -29.00D to +26.75D in 0.12D steps. The unit also features a Quick Forwarding Dial that allows you to quickly change sphere power in 3.00D steps for added speed and convenience. |

Outstanding Cylinder Powers Measure cylindrical power ranges from 0 to -6.00D in 0.25D steps. Or, use the auxiliary lens and measure ranges from 0 to -8.00D in 0.12D steps. |

Simplified Cross Cylinder Measurements (±0.25D) Perform astigmatic testing with ease thanks to a special mechanism on the cross cylinder loupe. The cross cylinder knob on the R-1500 is conveniently synchronized with the cylinder axis control knob. This unit also features a built-in ±0.50D cross cylinder auxiliary lens. |
