Focus Adjustment

Eye Shield Removable
Most importantly, the NTZ-BLS-2 gives unprecedented flexibility to users. Each lens can be individually angled, allowing users to effortlessly adjust their focus within the generous working distance range of 550-350 mm. The FOV diameter of 113 to 58 mm gives a perfect balance between magnification and a wide view. Importantly, each lens is independently adjustable and enables users to adapt settings to their own eyes, opening up quality optics to everyone. The entire lens framework can angle down and be held in place, which can help improve posture and prevent back related injuries by letting users simply look downwards at the lenses while standing upright, without any problems achieving stereopsis.
NEO Frame
The NTZ-BLS-2 is imminently expandable. Neitz offers two comfortable options for frames. The NEO frame is a flexible one-size-fits-all award-winning design that is easily washable and weighs only 82 grams with the NTZ-BLS-2 attached.

- Excellent fit with moderate "flexibility"
- Distribute the load at three points: forehead, nose, and strap
- Nose pad that reduces the burden on the nose
- Equipped with a function to easily return to the original position even if it is flipped up
- Abundant color variations
Headband

There is also a more traditional headset frame, weighing 246 g, that has a support strap over the top of the head, meaning it isn't going anywhere.
- Lightweight and soft fit
- A sense of stability supported by the entire head

Illumination

A surgical loupe is only as good as its lighting. Clinicians have the option between the lightweight NSI-III or the NSI-X, the world's brightest surgical loupe illuminator. Both include rechargeable batteries, and the NSI-III has the option to use AA batteries, which expands its use to situations in which recharging may not be feasible, like disaster relief and rural pop-up clinics. Finally, NTZ-BLS-2 is ready out of the box for the SC-1 surgical camera, which offers image capture and video recording. The SC-1 can also project live video footage to a screen, enabling teaching and telemedicine.
