Ophthalmoscope
The direct ophthalmoscope is used to examine the internal structures of the eye and its fundus.

Otoscope
The otoscope is used to observe the tympanic membrane and the external auditory canal in order to diagnose pathologies of the outer and middle ear. It is the most widely used device in otolaryngology. The fiber optic light transmission system extends the fiber to the tip of the instrument, providing greater light output and reduced glare.
