The NTZ-NSI-X 80 illumination combines power and precision: a uniform LED light beam, free of shadows and hot spots, that illuminates the surgical field with true color fidelity. It can be mounted directly onto the loupe frame for a compact and balanced setup, or onto a headband, which distributes the weight across the head and provides greater comfort during extended procedures. The NTZ-Headlight NSI-X 80 operates on an integrated rechargeable NiMH battery capable of sustaining the highest illumination level for 3.5 hours. At the intermediate illumination level, the NTZ-Headlight NSI-X 80 can deliver a remarkable 7.5 hours of light, sufficient even for the longest days in the clinic. Should the battery become depleted, its rapid-charging technology allows for a full recharge in as little as 2.5 hours.
The small and lightweight form of the battery and the long reach of the cable connecting it to the LED body allow the NTZ-Headlight NSI-X 80 to rest comfortably in a coat pocket or clipped to a belt.
The NTZ-Headlight NSI-X 80 Illuminator can be turned on/off remotely using the Remote Switch when connected to the Remote Jack (REMOTE) of the Battery Pack, providing the physician with maximum convenience. The Remote Switch operates by pressing the On/Off Switch when the Light Adjustment Knob has been set to level 1, 2, or 3. Each time the Remote Switch is pressed, the Illuminator toggles between on and off. After connecting the Remote Switch, hang it at a point where it can be easily operated using the Hook of Remote Switch.
