Neitz Desk Double Charger NTZ-CHG-RC-II
The NTZ-CHG-RC-II desktop charger is an essential accessory for any Neitz ophthalmoscopes or retinoscopes that use the 1000RS rechargeable battery handle. The charger accepts a power source of AC100V 50/60Hz 2VA and has two charging slots that can accept and recharge Neitz battery handles for ophthalmoscopes and retinoscopes.

The two-slot design allows the user to keep multiple 1000RS battery handles charged and ready to go, avoiding delays that could waste valuable time in a busy clinical setting. In addition, the slots in the charging dock keep the devices safely in an upright position, protecting the optical components from potential impact or scratches. The charging slots are also deep enough that the center of balance of the battery pack with or without a retinoscope or ophthalmoscope head unit lies low, greatly reducing the risk of it tipping over. Finally, it keeps them in one location for easy access – no more rifling through cabinets drawers to find the tools you need.
With a 180 mm x 78 mm footprint and a height of 98 mm, the NTZ-CHG-RC-II takes up a minimal amount of room, essential when counter space is at a premium. The NTZ-CHG-RC-II weighs 460 g and is light enough to pack up for travel but heavy enough to stay safely in place. This protects the ophthalmoscopes and retinoscopes from falls that may occur if the dock were to slide.
