10MHz Scanning Probes
The Gilras GRU-7000 offers two 10MHz probes—one for A Scan Probe and another for B-Scan. Both can be stored safely at the unit.

Measuring Modes
Contact and Immersion modes can be selected for measurement with the GRU-7000.

Automatic Readings
The GRU-7000 can be set to either automatic or manual mode.

Five Point Marking Method
Obtain ultrasonic reflex from five different layers, including corneal vertex, posterior cornea, front of lens, back of lens and the retina. Using precise markings, the GRU-7000 obtains an accurate axial length measurement. You can use the Five Point Marking Method in B-A mode or in A mode.

IOL Calculation
IOL calculation is simple and reliable with the GRU-7000. The instrument has four eye modes: normal, aphakic, special, and dense cataract. You can also select from six different formulae SRK-II, SRK-T, BINKHOST-II, HOLLADAY, HOFFER-Q, and HAIGIS. You can even compare results of different formulae.

Dynamic Replay
In B-Scan mode, an image is saved every 100 milliseconds and 56 images from the previous 5.6 seconds can be frozen.

Zoom
Select from 6 depths in B-Scan mode—34mm, 39mm, 45mm, 50mm, 56mm, 60mm.

B-Probe Protection
Worry less with B-Probe Protection. This unit features automatic stop after 10 minutes of continuous scanning.

Foot Switch
To simplify operation, the GRU-7000 comes equipped with a foot switch.
