To US Ophthalmic,
I recently had my lane replaced with your equipment and initially was very impressed with the appearance and sleek design especially since I had just left a previous office(within our same company) where my lane was replaced with different equipment from another vendor. However almost immediately there were major glitches with switches causing the chair to go in the opposite direction or to take off by itself. It seemed that switches were cross connecting. I called in several times and spoke with Danny initially and then was connected directly to Mark. Everyone was very kind and helpful but it became clear that neither I nor my local equipment repair man could troubleshoot and fix the problems. I had a beautiful looking room but it was ugly on the inside. They all understood that I needed to keep the office up and running and that it was absurd to come in every morning not knowing what will work correctly,so Mark flew out immediately arrived early in the morning and started working right away. He was clean and organized in my space which I greatly appreciated since I had to see patients in between. He worked methodically and meticulously to check all connections and make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. He had the correct equipment with him to do all the repairs and was honest and respectful the whole day. I appreciate his professionalism and consider it well above others since I have had this experience previously with malfunctioning new equipment. I know the trip from Florida to California quite well and I¹m sure he was tired but he did not show it he worked hard and fixed everything. Additionally I have been in touch with Mark a few times since to let him know how things are going,I appreciate this ongoing relationship so that in the future should anything arise I feel that I can call him for assistance. His skill is limited if not rare in our ophthalmic community.
